South Central Ambulance Charity

Bransgore RSDid you know that your local community first responders are part of a charity which manages all community first responder groups in the 4 counties? South Central Ambulance Charity is being re-launched later this month, with a new branding and logos and over the coming months we will be changing our collecting boxes, and our publicity material to reflect this. But there is no change to the service we provide our community. There is also no change to the policy that every penny donated for our group, goes to the group, and supports the service we provide whilst also enabling us to purchase new equipment or offer defibrillators and support training within our community. Our team are unpaid and motivated by the desire to assist members of the community at a time of serious medical emergency.

Other support

Co-op

Are you a member of the Co-op and have a Co-op loyalty card? Well now you can nominate one of three good causes in the village to receive 1% of your bill when you buy co-op branded items and it costs you absolutely nothing. You also build up a dividend for your personal use.
Coop from docxWe have been selected as one of the groups to receive this support so we do hope that you will consider selecting us as the group to receive your support. But the most important thing is that you register as a member by Clicking here and support one of the three groups.
The Coffee House and Bransgore Scouts are also there so whoever you choose to support, you can be sure that the money raised will be put to good use in your local community.

Bransgore Beer & Music Festival

We would like to thank the good people of Bransgore Rotary Club who invited us to operate the prize draw at the ever popular Bransgore Beer & Music Festival and to everyone who either arranged prizes for us, or who donated prizes. When the accounting is complete we hope to have raised a respectable sum through the generosity of those attending.

Colton Care and Avon Reach

We also thank Colton Care and Avon Reach residential care home who have donated a new Pulse Oximeter unit for the team. Residents handed it over to our co-ordinator at a presentation at the end of last month.
