Just a few days ago we helped deliver the Heartstart course to 45 pupils at Bransgore Primary School, and later this month we will do the same for Sopley Primary. The event is run by our colleagues in Heartstart Bransgore-New Forest. Well done Year 6’s

Our recruiting campaign for more volunteers in our area of the New Forest has been completed, but anyone can still apply at any time, with a number of applicants now in the system for recruiting and training. Schemes that have benefitted are Bransgore, Ringwood, New Milton, Sway and Brockenhurst.

Our annual street collection raised £614. Many thanks to everyone who contributed and to those shops who displayed our posters for a few days when requested.

And thanks and well done to the Captain of Burley Golf Club, Martin Saunders, and his team who were in the British Pedal Car 24 hour challenge on 29/30th June. The Captain’s chosen causes for his fund raising events are the Community First Responders from Bransgore, Burley and Ringwood.

And Finally

Our team had a presence at the Avon Valley Young Farmers Club Steam & Vintage Vehicle Rally and a week later at the Open Farm weekend at Bisterne. Both Ringwood and Bransgore CFR’s had stands while colleagues from Bransgore Community First Aid Association provided the First Aid cover.
