Objective 1 - Sponsored Vehicle
We will seek a business sponsor/partner to provide the group with a suitable liveried vehicle which will act as the group 'response car'. Whilst recognising this will be of great benefit to the group and community as a whole, we recognise it also has commercial benefits for any potential sponsor and benefits for the Ambulance Service.
If successful the outcomes will be1. A clearly identifiable 'Responder' vehicle, the role of which is obvious to other road users, is identifiable to those at the emergency scene awaiting the arrival of the first emergency response and to arriving ambulance crews.
2. To allow volunteers to join the group who do not routinely have access to their own car.
3. To create a professional image of our group and generate greater opportunities to raise funds in support of our work, through the presence of the vehicle at fund raising events/fetes etc.
4. To increase interest and support from industry and commerce outside our Group area and the possibly of further sponsorship for the Group or the Trust.
