We have added Medical Innovations Ltd of Essex to our list of supporters. The company have kindly provided a number of disposal blankets for us to use. The more expensive washable cellular blankets we used to use, had a tendency to disappear to hospital with our patients, never to be seen again ( the blankets that is, not the patients)! These disposable items will help us care for patients and when we run out we will not break the bank replacing them. Thanks to Yvonne and team at Medical Innovations Ltd.
The application submitted by some of our group to set up Heartstart Bransgore-New Forest was submitted to Heartstart UK and we hope to hear that we have won affiliation to Heartstart in the next few days.
Heartstart UK is an initiative co-ordinated by the British Heart Foundation (BHF) to teach members of the public what to do in a life-threatening emergency: simple skills that save lives.
